People deserve software that actually works and keeps working — that's the whole reason any of this exists.

  1. You own it.

    Code, tests, and documentation deliver to your own repository: no black box. Your team can read it, run it, and extend it without us.

  2. Your data is yours.

    You are free to leave, and your data comes with you... always. We won't build software any other way, for anyone.

  3. Provable, not asserted.

    The test suite is built alongside the software, not after it. "It works" is a result you can see, not a claim you have to trust.

  4. We don't disappear.

    We don't hand off responsibility for keeping it working. That's what makes "you can depend on it" true, instead of a slogan.

  5. Honest about fit.

    If a template would do the job, you don't need us... and we'll say so.

  6. Built to outlast.

    The work is written down as it is built: standards, tests, and a decision record. What you depend on survives any one of us. The point is software, and a standard, that keep going.
